Analyticity and properties of the amplitudes of elastic $\nu e$ and $\overline{\nu} e$ scattering at high energies

Restrictions on the asymptotic behavior of the amplitudes of $\nu e$ and $\overline{\nu} e$ forward scattering are obtained.
