High-frequency behavior of the dynamical susceptibilities of an electron gas

On the basis of sum rules the lower terms in the high-frequency expansions for dynamic susceptibilities, polarisation operator and spin susceptibility are obtained as well as general form of the dispersion of plasma-like oscillations of electron gas.
