Abstract:
Expressions for the density function of electron states and related quantities for a singleband
superconductor with low concentration of paramagnetic impurity are used to calculate
the low-temperature electron entropy, the ratio of the coefficient of absorption of ultrasound
in the superconducting phase to the corresponding coefficient of the normal metal, and also
the coefficient of electron thermal conductivity with allowance for scattering of electrons on
the impurity. The expressions allow a passage to the limit of a pure material or material
with nonmagnetic impurity.
