Analytic continuation of the sturm expansion of Coulomb Green's functions to the region of the continuous spectrum

The relativistic Coulomb Green's function with energy in the continuous spectrum is expanded with respect to Laguerre polynomials, which makes it possible to represent the composite matrix elements of perturbation theory in the form of convergent series of hypergeometrie type.
