Canonical variables for the two-dimensional hydrodynamics of an incompressible fluid with vorticity

Canonical variables for the vorticity equation of two-dimensional hydrodynamics of incompressible fluid are found. The plane vortex flow of incompressible fluid is described by the canonical hamiltonian system.
