Analysis of extended Slavnov–Taylor identities in the $\alpha$ gauge

Implications of the BRST and anti-BRST symmetries for the renormalization of gluodynamics in the $\alpha$-gauge are investigated. Form-invariance of the extended Zinn-Justin equations (the Slavnov–Taylor identities for the effective action) is proved.
