Inequivalence of inertia of rotation and of Kerr–Newman gravitation in the relativistic theory of gravitation

Abstract: It is shown, how the simplest physical experiments on a circle make it possible to find out whether this circle is at rest in the equatorial plane of the Kerr–Newman gravitational source in the relativistic theory of gravity or it rotates around the axis in its centre.
