Application of Bogolyubov–Tyablikov method to investigation of spin–electron exchange interaction at arbitrary temperatures. The change in the properties of the carriers and electrons of impurity centers
Abstract:
It is shown that the improved method of approximate second quantization by Bogolyubov and Tyablikov can be applied to calculating the energy, effective mass and magnetic moment of conductivity electrons as well as the energy shift and effective magnetic moment renormalization of electrons of the admixture centres, in the case when these characteristics are changed as a result of extremely weak exchange spin–electron interaction between the electron and spin subsystems at arbitrary temperatures.
