Self-consistent field equations in a two-dimensional model of high-temperature superconductivity with strong carrier correlation

Nguyen Van Hieu, Nguyen Toan Thang, Ha Vin Tan

Abstract: A model of high temperature superconductivity is studied which is based on the generalised Hubbard Hamiltonian with a two-dimensional square lattice including two interpenetrating sublattices. The origin of the superconducting pairing of the mobile charge carriers is their strong on-site repulsion in the presence of the hopping between nearest-neighbouring sites. Dynamical equations for all the order parameters of the model are derived in the self-consistent field approximation.
