Fluctuation forces in a three-layer medium with rough boundaries. II. Calculations in the second order of perturbation theory

The perturbation theory developed in [1] is used to calculate the correction to the fluctuation force due to surface roughness, and asymptotic expressions for it are found in three physically different situations that can be realized experimentally.
