Post-Newtonian approximation of the relativistic theory of gravitation on a cosmological background

It is shown that in therelativistic theory of gravitation with nonzero graviton mass gravitational experiments in the solar system possessing post-Newtonian accuracy cannot reveal the influence of the Friedmann cosmological background and of the graviton mass on local physics.
