Nonequilibrium thermofield dynamics and the nonequilibrium statistical operator method. I. Basic relations

Nonequilibrium thermofield dynamics is developed on the basis of the nonequilibrium statistical operator. General transport equations are obtained in the thermofield representation, and the kinetic and hydrodynamic limiting cases are considered.
