Exact relations for structure factor of a Coulomb system

The perturbative diagram technique is used to analyze the static structure function, the density–density response functions, and the permittivity in the long-wavelength limit for systems with Coulomb interaction. Exact relations for these functions at small wave vectors are obtained.
