Abstract: The paper presents interval estimates (confidence intervals) of rate of risky behavior and related risk. They are based on the data about last episodes of risky behavior of the respondent which are used for an estimate of intensity of behavior, and also for an estimate of the cumulative risk related to risky behavior. Besides, interval estimate of risk in case of arbitrary number of episodes of behavior are given. Finally, the estimate of the cumulative risk related to risky behavior is done with data about the maximum and minimum intervals between episodes of risky behavior.
The approach to consistency verification of the estimates based on the various initial data is described.

Keywords: interval estimates, rate of behavior, estimates consistency, Chebyshev inequality.
