Abstract: Various methods of aggregative indices are widely used in mathematical apparatus of control and monitoring systems aimed at detecting the typical situations and potential dangers (in terminology of JDP-information fusion models). The danger detection (identification, recognition) is not an end in itself at the information fusion process; at its peak this process develops a decision on the detected dangers' prevention. This paper presents a methodological apparatus intended for a choice of an appropriate version of the detected danger's prevention strategy and based upon a certain interpretation of the aggregative indices method in analytical planning methods.

Keywords: JDL-model of information fusion in monitoring systems, dangers' estimate based on aggregative indices method, danger prevention strategies, geo-information systems, analytic planning, direct and inverse choice.
