Abstract: Similarity of production processes in different enterprises allows to develop common platform for production planning for these enterprise. However, it is needed to develop enterprise-specific modules for every type of enterprise. Cloud computing technology is proposed for automation of the following processes: transferring of new versions of the platform, setting of the platform, platform maintenance, platform updating, and platform functioning. This technology allows enterprise employees to get a dynamic remote access to the services, computational resources, and applications. Mathematic models and methods are used for solving optimization tasks for production planning and management which are developed as a solver module. An architecture of the platform based on the following levels is suggested: database management, application servers, web-server, and client software. A prototype based on the proposed architecture and solver is developed and described in the paper.

Keywords: cloud computing, production planning, clusters.
