Abstract: For multi-criteria evaluation for basic topological structures and fractal structures of GRID-systems and telecommunication networks of new generation basic quality predicates have been proved and formalized. The results of comparative analysis for fractal and multi-fractal architectures of distributed GRID-systems by criteria of reliability, cost and bandwidth have been described. Tendencies for development of GRID-technologies and their integration into modern telecommunication networks (TCN) have been shown. Basic fractal architectures of integrated GRID-systems and global TCN of new generation have been described. Evaluations of reliability, cost and bandwidth of basic fractal architectures of GRID-systems have been obtained. Elaborated comparative analysis of basic fractal and mixed multi-fractal architectures of integrated GRID-systems and TCN of new generation enables to set and solve problem for multi-criteria optimization of their architectures.

Keywords: GRID-system, quality criterion, network topological structures, fractal architectures, multi-criteria evaluation, comparative analysis.
