Abstract: Methodological and techniques foundations of complexity objects monitoring and structural dynamics control theory are proposed in this paper. These foundations include multiple-models descriptions, integrated methods, algorithms and new intelligent information technology which is used for automation designing space and ground based monitoring and control for complex technical-organizational objects in different environments in practice. Some applied examples of proposed intelligent information technology are suggested in the paper.

Keywords: space and ground based monitoring, intellectual information technologies.
