General description and classification of the models of ecological and technological objects ground-space monitoring

Abstract: Environmental monitoring is essential in modern world to ensure a safe and com-fortable peoples living, it helps to understand how changes the planet and its climate, what role these changes play a anthropogenic and technological factors. Monitoring and forecasting uses different methodologies and models of decision making; this paper provides an overview of the most interesting models of ground-space monitoring of environmental and technological objects, which have been studied in the framework of the project INFROM.
