Abstract: The article attempts to use the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic for the evaluation of ecological and economic security of enterprises and assessment of the risks arising in the course of their economic activity. Zoning of threats to the ecological and economic safety and developed a method of assessing the effectiveness of the recommendations on the complex of necessary measures to prevent damage and to minimize losses.
