Quantitive estimations in problems of continuity of queueing systems

Abstract: Queueing systems of general type $G\mid G\mid m\mid\infty$ are considered. Some general quantitative estimations for the systems with an arbitrary $m\ge1$ and some concrete estimationsin the case $m=1$ are given.
