The Map/G//1/$\infty$ queue with SRPT service discipline

The joint distribution of the main operation characteristics for an $MAP/G/1/\infty$ queue with Markov arrivals, an arbitrary distribution of demand length, and SRPT service discipline (the shortest remaining processing time with preemption service discipline) is obtained.
