Abstract:
Let $\xi$ be a normally distributed random variable with mean $m$ and standard deviation $\sigma$, and let $c_1$ and $c_2$ ($c_2>c_1$) be two real numbers. A nomogram is given for the determination of the probabilities $q_1=\mathbf P\{\xi<c_1\},q_0=\mathbf P\{c_1<\xi<c_2\}$, and $q_2=\mathbf P\{\xi>c_2\}$.
