Construction of increasing partitions for special flows

Special flows introduced in the general case by Ambrose and Kakutany are a convenient apparatus to study dynamical systems with continuous time (measurable flows). In this paper it is proved that a special flow under some general conditions posesses increasing and in particular perfect partitions.
