Methods for the determination of temperatures of objects in circumterrestrial space using a multispectrum IR-radiometer against cold space background

Methods are treated and problems formulated of remote determination (using on-board radiometers) of the temperature of objects in circumterrestrial space (CS) by the data of measurements in different spectral ranges of fluxes of self-radiation and IR radiation of the Earth reflected from the object.
