The use of a honeycomb surface for controlling the boundary layer

Abstract: The results are given of an experimental investigation of the boundary layer forming on the wall of a diffusor channel made of a honeycomb structure. The distribution of the averaged velocity and turbulent pulsations and the integral characteristics of the boundary layer are described.
