Abstract:
The research results concerning radiation and radiation-convective heat transfer of gas flows are analysed. In particular, data on radiation-convective heat transfer in a long channel at a constant temperature have been generalized. These data are relevant to the case of a high-temperature $\rm CO_2$ flow. A modified parameter to generalize the calculation results for radiation-convective heat transfer in long channels has been obtained. It has been shown that the effect of this parameter exists practically in the whole region, where heat transfer problems can be accurately solved.
