Experimental investigation of high-temperature removal of impurities from granulated quartz

The results of investigation of high-temperature gas-phase cleaning of impurities from a granulated quartz concentrate are presented. Various gaseous media and treatment methods are considered. The influence of the main process parameters on the ipurities content in the raw quartz are estimated and the optimal values are selected.
