Abstract: Experimental $p$, $\rho$, $T$, $x$-data are given for water-ethanol mixtures at temperatures up to $673.15$ K, including the saturation curve and the critical and supercritical regions, and at pressures up to $50$ MPa for ethanol concentrations of $0.2$, $0.5$, and $0.8$ mole fraction. The data of $p$, $\rho$, $T$, $x$-measurements are used to determine the critical parameters of mixtures. The thermal decomposition of ethanol molecules is observed at a temperature above $623.15$ K.
