Abstract: We consider a multidimensional (MIMO) temperature control system for the crystal growth plant. The control system regulates the temperature around the growing crystal with accuracy of 0.05–0.1 $^\circ C$ during the whole growth process. Design of the control system is based on the preliminary investigation and choice of the information structure of MIMO system to decrease plant parameters changes and channels interconnection during the crystal growth. The analysis of the system and the solution of the control problem are performed with the aid of the dynamic computational 2D model of heat and mass transfer in the process of crystallization. Separated PID regulators are used for MIMO plant control.

Keywords: temperature condition control, multidimensional (MIMO) system, investigation of information structure.
