Probabilistic finite state machine decomposition algorithm

A method of the probabilistic finite state machine decomposition is proposed. A method is based on the Main Decomposition Theorem, modified for application to probabilistic state machines. The parameters of decomposition are described and the system of parameters estimation is proposed.
