Review of the foreign scenario forecasts and foresights: tools for information management

We provide asurvey of foreign scenario forecasts and foresights to identify tools of information management. These tools can also be used in strategic planning support systems at federal and regional levels. We also suggest a list of poorly-developed, but very important problems and point out possible solutions.
