Abstract:
There is an approach to information support of personnel safety of the organization allowing to reduce risks of personnel safety considered in the article. The order of collecting and the analysis of information about the worker from the moment of his employment, finishing with the events held at dismissal is defined. An approach is based on use of structures of the data called by profiles of a position, profiles of a personality. Analyzing these profiles it is possible to reveal existence of the tendencies to commission of certain types of offenses at the worker and also to make the assumptions of his participation in safety incidents.
