Abstract: The paper considers mathematical models of multi-stage wear of productive systems in martingale terms and survival functions: descriptions of both wear without recovery and with partial or full recovery are presented. The task of finding the optimal level of intensity and the criterion of "just-in-time" for productive systems are formulated, and methods of computer simulation are presented.

Keywords: mathematical modeling, simulation, stochastic productive system, operations, martingale, compensator, intensity, survival function, wear, random environment, just-in-time.
