Abstract: Telemedicine is actively used in medicine. It enables healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose and treat patients remotely using telecommunications technology. This approach has undergone a striking evolution over the past decade. However, at the moment there are a number of problems that hinder the development of telemedicine. One of the main problems is measuring devices for the physical condition of a person, which leads to the abandonment of telemedicine in general. This paper presents an affordable hardware and software device, which is being developed in conjunction with doctors, for use in telemedicine. This solution allows the patient to provide data on the physical state of the body without purchasing expensive measuring instruments. This device can be purchased separately from medical sensors or as an individual assembly of the kit, including from one to three sensors.
