Semimartingale model of the queuing system with arbitrary waiting time for impatient customers

Abstract: The paper presents a mathematical model of multichannel queuing system with “impatient” customers with an arbitrary waiting time for impatient customers. The model is described in terms of point processes and their compensators. The transition from the mathematical model to the iterative formulas, that are necessary for simulation, is shown.
