Automation of the process of formation and introduction of electronic applications for transportation of material and labor resources

Abstract: The paper provides a description of the process of formation and introduction of electronic applications for transportation of resources (material and labor) in-plant, city and inter-city transportation at the aircraft building company Aviastar-SP JSC. To automate the process under consideration, a software solution has been developed in a Web-oriented environment, which allows to reduce the time and cost of processing and approving electronic applications, making decisions on approving or rejecting requested shipments; if necessary, it is possible to make changes to the contents of applications. The software is developed using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, SQL and object-oriented programming tools. The above calculation of the annual economic effect confirms the benefit of using the developed solution and is recommended for implementation in other divisions of the enterprise.
