On motion of liquid in cylindrical shells

Numerous studies of the motion of a cylindrical body containing a liquid are known. The issue of determining the phase velocity of wave propagation in anisotropic shells is also considered here, taking into account the initial velocity of the fluid and depending on the wave number.
