Investigation of thermo-EMF in the system In$_{1-x}$Ga$_x$P

Abstract: The thermo-EMF was studied in the In$_{1-x}$Ga$_x$P system in the temperature range 77–300 K. Experimental results are compared with theoretical curves. Good agreement is observed.
