Abstract:
The superconducting ceramic samples in $\mathrm{Y-Ba-Cu-O}$ system with various content of fluorine are synthesized.
It is found, that even slight doping of $\mathrm{YBa_2Cu_3O_yF_x}$ by fluorine $(õ=0,05)$ shifts of the superconducting transition towards high temperatures by $10-12 K$.
The obtained data are interpreted suggesting the generation of acceptor levels in a forbidden band and presence of holes in $\mathrm{YBa_2Cu_3O_y}$ when doping by fluorine, that enhances the temperature of charge carrier "pairing".
