On the problem of border conditions restoration on the edges of a plate, when transverse natural oscillations frequencies spectra are defined

In this paper the possibility of border conditions restoration on the edges of a plate according to the given natural oscillations conditions on the edges of a plate, mentioned in the project is shown. It is supposed that two opposite edges of the plate are fastened in hinges, and on two other edges conditions providing given natural oscillations are looked for.
