Abstract: Dynamic diffraction of X-rays on periodic distortions of Si crystal surface on geometry of Laue has been investigated experimentally and theoretically. It has been shown that the intensity of diffracted waves on the output surface of investigated crystal and (TCD) spectrum is of periodical character.
