On a stability problem of systems with distributed parameters in case of time-dependent integrally-small perturbations

The stability problem for the systems with distributed parameters according to acting forces is considered in the paper. The sufficient conditions of stability are defined under which the linear and non-linear systems with distributed parameters are stable according to the acting force and $\rho$.
