On the measurement of renewing processes for processes with incomplete rang

The dimensions of the renewing process generated by $z(t)$ process given on finite $[0, T]$ have been considered. The necessary and sufficient conditions on spectral density of any process, when the dimensions of the renewing process equals one have been given.
