Reconstruction of crystallization rate behaviour from the dopant distribution in grown crystal

The possibility of reconstruction of crystallization rate behaviour according to dopant distribution in grown crystal has been discussed. The high accuracy of the reconstruction is shown to be achieved by appropriate choice of the determination step.
