Semiempirical Weight Functions for Depth-Selective Conversion-Electron Mössbauer Spectroscopy

Abstract: A simple analytical approach for weight functions of conversion electrons with only one variable parameter is presented. The correctness of the approximation is confirmed experimentally by Mössbauer spectroscopy. The obtained results can be used in other fields of low-energy electron spectroscopy.
