Abstract: The analysis of the femtosecond photon echo's decays in a polyvinylbutural film doped with molecules of phthalocyanine, recieved at the room temperature, is carried out. A Peka–Huang factor, lying within $1:1.24$, testifies to strengthening of electron-phonon connection at the room temperature. The value of parameter of admixture molecule's interaction with the quasilocalized phonon modes is found.

Keywords: femtosecond echo, decay curves, polyvinilbutural, phthalocyanine, Pekar–Huang factor, quasi-localized phonon mode.
