Abstract: Modern GNSS-techniques provide up to millimeter level precise point positions. This offers great opportunities for understanding tectonic movements and atmospheric status. This article presents the results of Earth surface research on local polygon by relative GNSS-measurements. Identified vertical displacements have a periodical structure, which may be main reason for wave principles in spatial fundamental parameters of atmosphere. So, spatial and timing variability of atmosphere parameters are main reasons limiting accuracy of phase differential GNSS-measurements.

Keywords: geodesy, global navigation satellite systems, GPS, GLONASS, ionosphere, inner gravitational waves.
