Estimation of quality of generators of random number sequence

Abstract: The technique, according to which the analysis of quality of generators of random number sequence built in popular programming languages C++ and C#, has been offered. The results of the analysis can find application in development of decisions on acceptability of use of such generators in various applied problems.
