Regional administration requires the use of information sources in the processes of investment risk assessment. The concept of the regional information system of monitoring of investment risks, generalizing the complex data by the results of the expert analysis is offered. The hierarchical data system promoting generation and aggregation of the current information from micro- to macro level is defined.
